I've just had the pleasure to meet up with the delightful 'Jawaher & Ricardo' to deliver their beautiful wedding albums and prints.  We got the chance to catch up over a nice hot nespresso courtesy of Ricardo who I now think of as 'Dr. Barista' as his espresso was so good!

As we browsed through their albums they presented me with a 'thank you' card and a couple of thank you gifts. Totally out of the blue. I never know what to do with myself when things like this happen, it's always such an honour to be chosen to shoot a wedding and for the couple to be so happy they write you a 'thank you' card let alone shop for a gift for you! It's really touching. A gorgeous pair of heart shaped, diamond studded rose gold earrings - Thank you so much Jawaher & Ricardo!

As a photographer I'm always so critical of myself/my work, so it's nice to have a bit of praise from someone, sometimes and for a second I think to myself: "yes, maybe I am doing something right?"
